Please read all terms carefully before registering for IEG Summer & Winter Camp 2026. By registering, you agree to all the conditions below.
Guardians for Students Under 12
Students under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian for all trips and activities throughout the camp programme. Guardian packages are available — please enquire for details.
👨👧 Guardian RequiredDeposit Payment
A deposit payment of RM1,000 is compulsory upon registration and is non-refundable after submission. The deposit is required to confirm and secure your place in the programme.
⚠️ Non-RefundableRegistration Deadline
Registration must be completed at least 1 month before the programme start date. Late registrations may not be accepted. We strongly recommend registering early to secure your preferred intake month and package.
📅 1 Month PriorLangkawi Island Trip
The Langkawi Island trip (3D/2N with flight) has limited seats available and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of cancellation after booking, RM800 will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Flight details must be provided at least 2 weeks in advance of the programme start date to allow for airport pickup arrangements and accommodation check-in preparation. Failure to do so may result in delays.
🛫 2 Weeks in AdvanceCertificate of Completion
All students who successfully complete the programme will receive an official IEG Certificate of Completion at the Graduation Ceremony held on the final day of the camp. Attendance is compulsory for certificate collection.
🎓 Upon CompletionConsent for Students Under 18
Parental or guardian consent is required for all students under the age of 18. A signed consent form must be submitted along with the registration documents before the programme begins. No exceptions will be made.

Airport transfer services are available during standard operating hours only. Flights arriving late at night or very early in the morning may not be eligible for the airport transfer service. Please plan your flights accordingly.
